Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has again emerged as the most popular global world leader with a solid approval rating of 76% – the highest in the world.
According to the “Global Leader Approval” survey released by Morning Consult on 16 September 2023, PM Shri Modi’s approval rating is over 12 percentage points higher than the next leader on the list – Switzerland President Alain Berset. US President Mr. Joe Biden is seventh on the list with an approval rating of 40%, his highest since March.
Notably, according to the data collected from September 6-12, 2023, Shri Modi also has the lowest disapproval rating on the list at just 18%.
Among the top 10 leaders on the list, Canada’s Justin Trudeau has the highest disapproval rating at 58%.
