The BJYM organized programmes and conclaves for young pradhans, BDC members & elected representatives at the district level and councillors (Parshads) in all the districts throughout India on 24th April. These programmes were attended by senior leaders of the BJP and put forward the importance of Panchayati Raj and Municipalities in decentralized Governance & Activism.
These programmes were organised to encourage and honour the foundational democratic pillars of our society. Speaking on the ocassion BJYM National President Shri Tejasvi Surya remarked that Panchayati Raj institution is the soul of participatory democracy.
