The BJP government has tripled the budget for Dalit upliftment, benefiting nearly two lakh Dalits under the Stand Up scheme. The Modi-led government has taken significant steps towards women empowerment by constructing toilets under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Through schemes like the Ujjwala Yojana, Ujala Yojana, Saubhagya Sukanya Yojana, and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the government has taken numerous initiatives for empowering women.
