PM Shri Narendra Modi on 1 December has expressed happiness over 10 crore registrations on e-Shram and called it as the journey from determination to accomplishment. More than 10 crore unorganized workers registered on E-shram portal in less than 100 days.

The E-SHRAM Portal is launched to track and gather all information and statistics on unorganised sector labourers and employees. The information gathered will be utilised to build new plans, policies, and job possibilities for unorganised sector workers and labourers.
